Ensinger Mineral-Heilquellen GmbH was founded in 1952 by Wilhelm Fritz and his four sons and is still family-owned today. The company is based in Ensingen, a district of Vaihingen an der Enz, around 25 kilometres North-West of Stuttgart. Natural and healthy products are the hallmark of this medium-sized family business. Nature has given the region around Ensingen a particularly rich bounty. An exceptionally mineral-rich and originally pure mineral water is extracted from the depths of the earth. The springs rise at the foot of the Eselsberg, a popular local recreation area that is also known for its excellent wines. With its high calcium and magnesium content, the mineral water, which is over 1000 years old, is unique to Germany. Ensinger Sport mineral water contains 528mg calcium and 124mg magnesium per litre. Two litres will cover your daily requirement of these two vital minerals (recommended by the German Nutrition Society).
